The Board is responsible for the administration, regulation and enforcement of the practice of occupational therapy in Nevada. The Board licenses qualified occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants and regulates the professional practice of occupational therapy throughout the State.
The State Board of Occupational Therapy is funded from licensing fees collected from occupational therapy practitioners. The State Board of Occupational Therapy does not receive funds from the State General Fund.
