Licensees have reported receiving fraudulent calls from the Board office telephone number.  The caller is stating that there is action against the license and a case has been opened. These calls are spam and should not be responded to.  Board staff will identify themselves by name when contacting a licensee,  and any "suspension" or "revocation" of a license will be by Board Order only.  Please do not provide these individuals with any of your personal information.
